A-Plus PolyWood® Hi-Performance 2K Polyurethane Floor Varnish

1. Ensure wooden substrate is fully kiln dried/treated. Surface to be painted should be clean and dry, free from dust, dirt, and other foreign matter.
2. To remove any wood discoloration, apply A-Plus® Wood Bleach #1 & #2. If previously coated, remove old and loose paint by stripping off with A-Plus Supertanggal® Paint Remover.
3. Sand surface smooth using #180 grit sandpaper or use a planetary grinder.
4. Correct surface imperfections by using A-Plus® Fast-Drying Plastic Wood Filler.
5. Vacuum surface clean and wipe with A-Plus® PG Lacquer Thinner prior to application of sealer.

Precautions:

1. Use paint only on 65-95% relative humidity environment conditions for better performance.
2. MIXING RATIO for both sealer and topcoat is 3:1 paint and catalyst, respectively.
3. Mix contents well before using. Use at package viscosity. Allow at least 3 minutes induction period prior to application.
4. Apply brush using single long strokes to achieve better uniformity and prevent micro bubbles.
