Specifications

Principal Uses: Roof decks, Balconies, Terraces, Canopies, Basements, Bathroom Floorings, Firewalls, Water Tanks, Gutters and Downspouts, and many more.

Coverage: 20-25 sqm per gallon / coat depending on the porosity of the surface

Surface Dry: 2 hrs

Recoat Interval: 2 – 3 hrs (Allow to dry for at least 1 day before painting)

Dry Through: Overnight curing. Maximum performance after 3-5 days.

Thinning: Use as supplied

Application: Brush/Roller

Packaging: 4L, 16L

Surface Preparation & Precautions

Precautions:

Stir thoroughly before application. Ensure at least 5 mins mixing and induction time before using.
Use product as supplied. No need to add cement, powder, or thinning solution.
Pot life of mixed product is around 3-4hours. Close lid when not in use.
Store in a cool dry place at room temperature.

Surface Preparation:

Surface to be painted must be thoroughly cleaned, free of any contaminants.
Structural defects that are within reach and repairable like leaks and all sources of internal water pressure must be addressed to prolong and ensure longevity of the membrane.
Avoid application under extreme environmental conditions and/or bad weather conditions.

Application Procedure

Ensure proper surface preparation by removing any oil and dirt by detergent cleaning.
MIX PRODUCT THOROUGHLY BEFORE USING.
Putty: Patch up surface imperfections using either A-Plus Procrete® Low Viscosity Construction Epoxy or A-Plus Procrete® High Viscosity Construction Epoxy.
Waterproofing: Using either a brush or roller, apply 2-3 coats of A-Plus Elastoproof® Heavy-Duty Waterproofing Membrane. Allow at least 1-2 hours drying in between each coat. Applying direction for each coat must be perpendicular to the succeeding coats.
