Principal Uses: Used for both interior and exterior asphalt and concrete surfaces. Ideal for asphalt street markings, curbs, traffic lanes, and safety zone linings.

Sheen: Gloss

Coverage: 20-25sqm per gallon/coat

Surface Dry: 1-2 hrs

Recoat Interval: 6 hrs

Dry Through: 6 – 8 hrs

Thinning: Use as supplied. If necessary, thin with not more than 2L A-Plus® Enamel Reducer per 4L paint

Clean-up Solvent: A-Plus® PG Enamel Reducer

Surface Preparation & Precautions

Safety Precautions:

1. Surface to be painted must be thoroughly cleaned, free of any contaminants that can affect adhesion such as wax, oil, grease, moisture, and loose particles.
2. To repair large concrete surface imperfections, use either of the following:

– A-Plus Procrete® Low Viscosity Construction Epoxy – used for patching medium-sized concrete imperfections covering a large area.
– A-Plus Procrete® High Viscosity Construction Epoxy – used for patching larger-sized concrete imperfections covering smaller areas.

3. If previously painted, scrape off old paint to bare substrate with A-Plus Supertanggal® Paint Remover.
4. Avoid painting under extreme environmental conditions and/ or bad weather conditions.
5. MIX WELL BEFORE USING.

Painting Procedure

1. Surface to be painted must be clean and dry, free from dust, dirt, and other foreign contaminants.
2. Primer: Apply at least 2 coats of Glazer Galva-Plus® Epoxy Primer White.
3. Topcoat: Apply at least 2 coats of A-Plus® Alkyd Traffic Paint either by brush, roller, or spray.
