Principal Uses: As preparation agent for painting on both new Galvanized and rusty metal surfaces

Coverage: 25-30 sq.m./gallon of mixture depending on surface rustiness

Thinning: Water

Painting Procedure

New Galvanized Metal:

Wipe the surface with rag soaked in paint thinner to remove dust, dirt, grease, oil, wax, and other foreign matter.
Apply 1:10 parts A-Plus® Rust Converter to water ratio.
Let stand for 10-15 minutes before washing off with water to remove residue then let dry.
Sand well to promote paint adhesion.

Rusted Metal Surface:

Use a wire brush to scrape loose rust.
Apply A-Plus® Rust Converter at package concentration on stubborn rust.
Let stand for 10-15 minutes before washing off with water to remove residue then let dry.
Sand well to promote paint adhesion.

Tip:

Primer should be applied immediately after treatment.

Caution:

Adequate protection and ventilation should be provided when working with acids.
